  1. Open Run window (Press Window  Button + R)
  2. Run window will popup then type CMD to open Command Prompt Window.
  3. Go to your folder or file location via commands.
  4. Type commands: CD.. to exit current directory; CD with directory name to enter folder or directory.
  5. When you get your directory data then Right-click and select Mark option.
  6. Select your folders name and hit the Enter button to copy all name and paste into excel or wherever you want.
