Just Simple Steps:
  1. Select all files or folder (Press CTRL+A)
  2. Hold Shift key and Press Right Click on any file or folder; then click on Copy As Path
  3. Open Excel and Paste copied data (Press CTRL+V)

  5. Then checked the Other Option in Delimiters and fill it with Backslash then click on Next button and then Finish.
